Inset - Drop In/Undermount Baths

With the wide and growing range of marble, stone, tile, and composite surfaces now available, has come the growing use of baths inset in, often called drop in, or undermounted to, a deck with the aim of creating contrast or to complete a whole. If ‘undermounted’ the opening can ‘lip’ the rim of the bath bowl or be laid back from it. All the baths in this section except the Elysia have flat tops and so can be installed either way.

Each Inset/Undermounted bath can be an island, or a corner bath lying across an angle, or be set against a wall, or into a recess.
